I keep thinking about Flynn's 30 more day tweet. I couple that with fake Bidans executive orders don't have teeth until 30 days which started on the 20th. So everyone knows, lights going out on a timer at 11:00pm is not normal. No it hasn't happened regularly in the past. It normally only happens when a president dies.
