You are never alone, you are isolated. It does play headgames with you but getting out or having an outlet to connect with others would do a world of good. Volunteer, walks (exercise) or a way to help others is the best medicine.

Did last night with a friend I have known for 40 years. Last time we spoke was at spouse funeral who passed with Covid and died from treatment at hospital. Pretty much hanging in there but remaining faithful that God will have his day and when he does all hell is going to break loose on those who deceived. This was a convo we could not have had two years ago due to political beliefs. But it did my heart good as well as they told me it helped them to hear from an old friend. It is very easy for me to talk to like minded people but when the view is different it becomes a little difficult. It didn't stop me cause people change I know I have. I listen more than I talk and share AU information with those who don't do social media.

I can't even imagine what you are experiencing but know this, we love you and we pray for you. The stages of loss will come and go, it will and should be in your own time though. But until you see her again I challenge you to live your life to the fullest that is the only way to truly honor her memory and her love for you.

Both were incredible women but the lesson I learned from the mourning process is that I want to do better so that I can see them again as well as live everyday with more love and compassion than the day before. If nothing else live for her that is what your mother would want you to do.
