IF He was a Former President... that's exactly what He did. He violated MULTIPLE Federal Laws from Title 18 which is titled: Federal Law and Criminal Procedures. 

Such as the ONLY to appear at the Border with Governor of Texas and the Adjutant General of Texas... 

If He was a Former President, that would have been a Breach of National Security and the breaking of Federal Laws from Title 18 and his own EO 13848 with National Emergency. 

But.... “Joe” continued 8 Executive Orders with 8 National Emergencies by TRUMP from 2017 to 2020, that would've automatically terminated in 2 years by Law.

Why didn't they revoke, abolish, and terminate ALL those where He would have to spend all that time rewriting, reestablishing, reimplementing, and reinforcing BEFORE He could get to a new slate of Laws and Orders for enforcement?

Why would they listen to his speeches and keep all these active and invoked to enable him to do so, 2 years from the date of 2023, which is what you're witnessing now?

Why didn't they invoke the Logan Act on him for meeting with 12 Foreign Leaders from April to December 2024 alone?

Why didn't they invoke the 14th and/or 25th Amendment on him for violating Federal Laws?

Why didn't the Democratic Controlled House and Senate with Democrat "President" and "Vice President" revoke, abolish, and terminate all these Executive Orders and Executive Orders with National Emergencies?

Why would they let President Trump just walk right back in and never skip a beat with Laws and Orders INVOKED?

IF President Trump is a threat to democracy and violating the Constitution, then by the same "democracy" and Constitution, why was "Biden" partially revoking a Continuity of Government on the LAST day of "his presidency" and not January 20, 2021?
