You'll laugh, but I can't do telegram because I don't use a cell phone. Started out as work/life balance, to avoid getting 24/7/365 calls for non-urgent matters. Got cemented when I traveled half way across country to see someone close, and she literally made or received 12 calls within a luncheon, leaving me for 10 mins at a time just sitting there... I feel that it's important to focus on the person I'm meeting with, and rude to take other calls unless they are true emergencies.
