Great advice, and avoid saying negative things to yourself as well. For instance stop saying "I can't remember, I can't do it, I am so stupid, I am so unattractive, I won't get that job, that is too hard for me etc. Words when spoken to water form beauty in water crystals, and negative words form chaotic patterns. Our bodies are 80% water. So words and thoughts matter to our physical and mental health. 😇
