In response to both of your posts, all we can do is do our best every day and if that means laying about shutting everything off and out so be it. I know I have PTSD and also thought that it wouldn’t happen to me. I’m SO ready to be done with the show. My popcorn was empty hours ago and I’m ready for either bed or a nice permanent walk in nature. Grateful I only work part-time out in clown town and am using all the tools I’ve acquired throughout my life to just get by. Brain fog, ringing ears, scattered thoughts, yep. I think many of us feel the same. Hang in there, Martin. We need you for the rebuild. It’s going to be fabulous! 💕

Looks like the glitch got fixed. My counts are back. No extras. 😉

I was fed Benadryl throughout my childhood. What it does is disrupt your bodies ability to regulate histamine on it’s own. Stress eats up any Vit C we have in our system and that is what you really need for regulation.
I use fruit based Pure Radiance C by Pure Synergy. This last 6 yrs has taken a toll on me and I actually had a bad case of hives recently and so I took a C capsule and washed it down with OJ. Within the hour my hives had almost gone entirely. Stinging Nettles, in tea form if you can get it, works great as well. High in C. 😘

I’ve always thought it was horrid and when I was pregnant I made it clear to my husband that if we had a boy it would not happen. VK, have you ever seen the ritual performed in the Jewish realm? There’s video out there and it is indeed disturbing.
