This might be an impersonator who knows Martin can call him out and make it stick.
Or, it could be that Clandestine, who has become moderately famous for outing the Ukranian biolabs, is BH or disinfo. This would fit with the pattern of known shills misleading people into a false reality or into an extreme viewpoint that can then be discredited; thereby discrediting other similar but true information.
