I find outdoor exercise really, really helps. First I speed walk 2/3miles-then jump on my bike & wiz around my neighborhood. Kind of feel like a kid again. Lastly, I swim & use weights in the pool while listening to cool, down tempo, yoga like tunes. I say my prayers thru all activities. Hope this helps. :)
