My OB-GYN prescribed a progesterone cream but I didn't know what the ingredients were so went with a natural one from Amazon called Emerita Pro-Gest. It worked like a charm but it has gotten pricey. The B-12 boosted my iron levels because I also became anemic. I use this B-12 because it has Methylcobalamin, the good iron. OB recommended Hysterectomy but I said no, I keeping my body parts. I stopped using tampons as well. They seemed to escalate my bleeding. I hope this can help. I wouldn't get a IUD either if I were you.
