I have scoliosis- Mom also had it with it beginning at age 62... she ended up losing 7 in of height from 5'3" to 4'7" at 93 as her spine twisted in two directions. After a car accident last year, the chiropractor found the beginning of mine. I go every week to have my spine aligned to combat scoliosis- usually my hips are way out of level.

After just 6 days of doing ddp chair yoga, my hips were level yesterday BEFORE my adjustment! I can already feel my back and core strengthening and I owe it all to DDP. Check it out!
