Hey everybody, sorry I’ve been kinda MIA the last few months. I’ve been focusing on clearing a lot of the programming in my own psyche that was making me a more toxic and fractured person than I was aware of. Been seeing a lot of progress in terms of personal relationships and how I navigate through life issues.

My advice to anyone struggling through the same process right now is don’t cling too hard to any single identity or idea. Even ones you developed after your own personal “awakening” process began. Sometimes, identities that helped us through one stage of our growth may actually be an obstacle to growth the further along you go. Clinging to that identity when the time to level up arrives will create an increasing tension in your life until something gives. When you’re truly ready to grow, you’ll come to realize the real mountain that needs to be overcome is yourself. Only at that point will you be able to continue the healing and growth process

I don't know who needs to hear this but...

This journey has its ups & downs. It's hard & not for the weak. It's ok to fall down. Allow yourself to feel it, but try not to stay there too long.

Get out of your head and just breathe. Your thoughts aren't facts....don't let the 'unknowns' cycle through your brain and get the best of you!

You KNOW why you are here, that you're meant to be here.. You KNOW we win even though sometimes the questions & skepticism can sink in.

Do something to feel better & begin again tomorrow (or the next day if u need it). Even if it's small...try 10 different things if nothing is working - listen to music, text someone you haven't spoken to in a long time, organize your pantry, watch a funny youtube video, look at old photos, cross something off of your to-do list, make a list of things you're grateful for in your life, hug your kids, lean on someone here, go for a walk...whatever it is, just breathe & try to enjoy it.

#PrayerWarriors I need massive prayers for my daughter. As most all you know she has a heart condition and sleep apnea. We were driving to her cardiologist appointment and I just started crying, I knew in the pit of my stomach it was not gonna be good news . They will make an appt asap to go in and do a cardio catheter, he wants to see if the leaking valve pressures are up because of the valve or if it is because of restrictions in the air ways. I just bawled through the whole visit and still am. I can’t and won’t lose her! I have been praying and begging God to heal her. My eyes are so swollen because this is tearing me apart. PLEASE, I am begging for Prayers and Help. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am begging God to not take her, take me instead. I can’t lose her!

Had to put her down this morning. She went out with dignity. Whispering Good Dog in her ear as she took her last breaths. Loved her so.

Interesting connection between VK and Mr Pool on Twitter. Mr Pool posted the tweet in screenshot 1. Screenshot 2 is a guy on Twitter who reversed the text and figured out it was a document number to the declassified CIA docs on Project Stargate and the remote viewing of Mars.
