Clean filtered water is imperative. White chi pine needle is part of my alkaline water herb mix (soursop leaves, thyme, peppermint, lemon balm & verbana, rosemary, ginger, tumeric, cinnamon), then once cooled, I add lime juice. I’ve also read that pine needle tea can help those with autism.

i used to suffer stomach issues but don’y anymore. here’s my recipe that i share with all my loved ones.

ginger - 1500mg
peppermint -1550mg
licorice - 1500mg
garlic. - 1000mg

i use a peppermint tea bag found from any local grocerystore, then add the 4 ingredients. the garlic is odorless in a clear capsule. i buy ginger and licorice powders since it’s easy to use for cooking and cost effective. this formula helps to restore the gut and always works for anyone who tries.

ive said the same thing to my family and friends regarding selling, basically making a profit from chaos, just as bad as the bad guys. leaves a foul taste in my mouth, their integrity becomes under scrutiny, and I agree, the evil collaboration is sophisticated and has tons of money to throw at the flames. So, my conclusion is, the average person better stand up together, else the may be surprised in the future when no one had their back, it was all a hope floats mind game - ouch.
