You're missing the point. Every American has the right to be heard as per Constitution. Just because any and all branches of our government have been allowed to get away with stomping on our God given rights as per the Constitution doesnt make it legal/lawful. You finding the case comical, is a perfect example of not under standing the Constitution. At this point in time 99.99% of what all three branches are doing goes against the best gift Americans have been given, The Constitution. Understanding the constitution is key. Let's hope the SC understands their assigment. We can just agree to disagree. 🙏🏻🇺🇸😇
Everbody has a right to an opinion. Thank you for the apology. SC has a history of side-stepping cases for a pleathura of reasons. But, their job is to uphold the constitutional rights for all Americans. Let us just see if they find the courage to do so this time. Only time will tell.
I just asked a simple question. You have know idea what my intention was. Perhaps it would be better to step back and look at things with a 360 before making a misguided assumption. I would suggest that also in looking at this case. Understanding the Constitution is key.
