As a decades long cardiovascular specialist, he should have sent you to the ER! That’s high! I am sure he loaded you up with meds and I can guess which ones, it’s important to take them as directed. Also, get some organic beet powder and mix it with water or juice and take twice a day, along with a whole grapefruit every morning. (They usually tell you not to eat grapefruit with the meds because they know the grapefruit lowers bp), sneaky! You can do those two things and eventually get off the meds. You will feel much better.
