How is this best done? By recognizing limiting, fear-based energy with pure Love energy! Keep the body within the higher vibrational energy of Love as long and as often as possible until it becomes easy and a more desirable state of Being for the body that has been conditioned to lower, fear-based illusions!
Take 15 to 30 minutes at least once a day to meditate.
Have children? Include them in this quiet family time.
They will benefit and will soon be most grateful, as well.

The time it takes to Heal, make life changes, release the people or things that don't support our highest and most authentic powerful Selves take as much or as little "time" as WE INTEND it to take.
The belief that it could take a long time can will create "a long time".
