A wrist brace will help at night. 3 months ago my left hand started hurting due to carpal tunnel. I had my right hand surgically repaired in 05. All of a sudden my left hand hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. A wrist brace helped some. Since had surgery. Weird thing is I seem to have arthritis all over now. Joints hurting that never hurt before. May be a thing. Good luck.

Seems we are the designated drivers in this reality. We don't really want to hang out with a bunch of drunks, but it's the only way we can keep them safe. I pretty much just quit volunteering as the designated driver. Let 'em fuck each other up and know it was their choice. I'll be there for the ones that want to get sober.

For some reason I have been connecting with your thoughts lately. You mention thing about life that are where I have found my self. Withdrawing from the machine, rescuing dogs, gardening, no TV, paring down of "friends" until very few remain. It's comforting to know I am not the only one as I feel these needs without reviewing it in the conscious. It just seems the right thing to do and be. You have like-minded souls everywhere.
