Notice the red boxes. Folks that watched the State of the Union on Various Network YouTube stations (CNBC, CNN, PBS, USA Today) gave a thumbs up or a thumbs down indicating their approval or disapproval. So, if Biden actually received 81 Million votes, then why is his disapproval rating (thumbs down) so much greater than his approval rating (thumbs up)?
Trump received considerably more thumbs up than down. Biden received considerably more thumbs down than up.
