I begged my mother not to take her last flu shot, but she got it anyway. Within a week her lungs were very congested and she was very sick. Then the UTI's started. She would just get over one round of antibiotics, and another UTI would happen. Her last hospitalization was for IV antibiotics and then I got the call from her Dr. He said she no longer was responding to the antibiotics, told me to call Hospice, there was nothing more they could do. I will always believe that flu shot led to my mom's demise.

She took three covid shots, required by her job. Then she got clots, and a hemorrhage in her stomach which caused excessive blood loss. I stopped taking gabapentin late last year. I'm sure this is why I lost weight. I gained 70 lbs taking it.

I normally DO get up but with this sciatica it is impossible. I'm sure the reason the sciatica is so bad is due to fibromyalgia. I've had it since my son died in 1990. I've done pretty much every stretching exercise I can find on Youtube. I'm using heat and ice. Blue emu, frankincense oil, Dmso, Voltaren, Absorbine Jr, CBD cream, everything I can find to help. This pain is just horrible!

I suspect this is caused by the bulging disk in L5. I'm having nerve injections once I finish the series of injections in my neck caused by damage caused by the cardioversion I had in June. This could have waited awhile to flare up. It started two days after my first 8 neck injections. Can't seem to catch a break from nerve pain.
