wait for the insurance or
medical approval and
still the wait to relieve the pain,
unless they push pharmaceuticals.

There is not a system to access holistic
pain maintenance unless the

At the cost of the patient’s

My sweetheart gets the run around to
check on his health after

What motivated most of us was community.

battling to access healthcare is
Groundhog Day.
Had to take X-rays of knees
again recently,
when all that is needed is to
look at records.
This is because I refuse to use pain medication.
In my case, every year I beg to see a
TBI team….
on a waiting list for
inpatient physical therapy
in Minnesota.
When I am accepted,
hope for physical independence begins.
The largest misunderstanding is
once a surgery is conducted,
the value of rehabilitation.
True pain management is physical medicine,
sadly the government will
budget for narcotics to
quick fix the patient….
I knew Vietnam Veterans that had bottles of
different drugs given to
mask Agent Orange side effects.
None of my friends live past the early 2000’s
as a result of that poison.
