Amen to that. It is exhausting to find good food, but worth it. It takes planning for sure. We try to cook once eat twice to save some time. We make daily exercise a priority rain or shine. Simple exercises can be incorporated throughout the day. Avoiding vaccines is the easy one. Frequent " breath prayers" throughout the day is helpful. Shutting off media reduces fear and is good for the body. 10 minutes of morning or evening sunshine without sunglasses strengthens the pineal gland and helps absorb natural Vitamin D. Anyone can start incorporating these things. Getting started is the key. 😇
