As our post-war parents struggled to maintain their families, jobs and environment, they slowly slipped into the microwave, television, fast food practices. Our trust was in the FDA to oversee these processed foods to insure the safety of our food sources. The store shelves were widely stocked with instant this and that foods in boxes, bags and cans. The FDA never fully disclosed many of the process chemicals used to prolong shelf life and present a more appealing appearance of the foods for purchase. Why are so many of us obese? Many of us are addicted to fast food, processed food and plain old junk food. I have been down that road many times. I am now on a path focused on Natural and UNprocessed foods and drinks. It actually saves me money in the long run. I prepare meals with fresh foods. I have more energy, less illness and better overall health. A few years ago, several of my friends and family members were so excited about giving their spouse their Christmas gift from 23 and me. I asked one of them why would you want to do that? This is a classic example of the disgraceful lack of leadership in our "Ivy League" (IL) universities. The administration of these universities are only focused on the collection of their exorbitant tuitions and they turn a blind eye to any resistance on their campuses. Columbia University is exposed because of their complete lack of control over their own student body(ies) activities. For decades, these IL universities have repeatedly ignored the MISbehaviors of the frat/sorority houses that have endangered many students entering their first terms of higher education. While it is not only the administrations' management of these extracurricular activities, surely they must understand that the parents who send their first term students expect safety and observance of these activities are going to be maintained by the University administration. These administrators must accept that they are not only in their respective positions to just draw a paycheck. Administer your campuses.

When Chief Justice Scalia was executed, it was so obvious that he was a victim of assassination and cover-up of any and all evidence. I believe that his assassination was an important element in corruption of the SC. There were a couple of well-meaning Justices who were trying to maintain the focus of the court in upholding the Constitution. So much to take in. But there is one item that I would like to see exposed once and for all - the murder of SC Chief Justice Scalia. I believe he was executed with the help of John Roberts and Obama.
