I am of the belief that there has to be some show of accountability. This would be to show that the laws that have been passed have teeth .Too long many have flouted the law and have been rewarded . I do not believe that we have the right to take a life however if it were possible to work out how many lives these people have taken through the centuries how many would there be. I have just asked a few questions about this procedure. The blood does continue to supply o2 once baby is born but one has to be careful as the baby can end up with extreme jaundice . With the baby being born under water it is critical that water does not go under 37c as this would cause the baby to take a breath under the water and the outcome treeible.
