im losing everything else.been sick since february. took 4 months to see a cardioligist. another 2 to get the echo he ordered. took 7 months to get in with gastroenterologist. endoscopy he ordered was scheduled for january now moved to february. surgery scheduled 2 weeks ago canceled indefinitely because of covid overload at hospital. 10 months still no clue whats wrong with me. covid gonna kill me and i dont even have it. doctors, hospitals, labs, etc backed up from 2020 and here we go again. but, my mind - still there!

really?! i hope you dont mean jerry's kids as in jerry lewis and the mda. because i am am a 56 year old jerry's kid and im not the only one among us. nothing wrong with us mentally. brain is not a muscle. i am the first one to crack jokes about how i move or fail to move. laughing is important but i assure you that implying we are stupid is not a joke. im not trying to make you feel bad but when i was in my 20s and depressed about diagnosis a comment like that could have made me suicidal. i know you did not mean to hurt but someone else might not.

my twins are grown adults now but when they were in school i became friends with theur guidance counselor. she said the number 1 problem she dealt with was sexually abused teens. also said it was certainly far worse than she knew because most victims would never tell anyone.
