All I would offer is that as for the loneliness, I know it is hard to grasp at times, but it is possible to move past is when we figure out that it really isn't another person, no matter how much we love them, that makes us truly happy, it really is the inner peace with our soul & God. That was also one of Nana's life lessons this time.

The other thing I would offer, and not from a religious standpoint because I have really never relied much on the Bible, is that I lived through the most painful darkest life event imho that a soul can suffer, & came out on the other side to regain my joy.

The ONLY thing that brought me thro it was my constant, daily connection& talks with God.Not God the old man with a beard but my Creator & best fren.

Shout out to all the great Dads out there! I sure miss mine. ❤️

I am noticing my mind is completely refusing to take on new "inventory" of info until there is some shifting of the old stuff. If new data doesn't contribute to reconciliation of divides with friends and family, or solve some immediately presenting real world problem, then there is zero energy for it. I just get annoyed ten seconds into any video, no matter how fascinating in principle the content is. Just don't care and don't want it.

There's only so many years you can be traumatised pretty nonstop and still function normally.

While the half empty shelves have been disheartening lately I am noticing that more and more brands are adding either GMO Free options or full on Organic options. Spaghetti Sauce is where I really started seeing the turn as another national brand casually brought out a NON-GMO variety. Then crackers, and more and more. This is great news for us label readers who have felt the restrictions and loss once awakened to the garbage that was most of our food. Keep going back to items you thought were lost to you forever, for they are appearing in safer forms now.
