I've got 3 of them on my street alone. My neighbor keeps moving his truck to try and cover up the one on the lawn next to him, and the homeowner keeps moving the sign. It's actually pretty funny. Oh to be that fly on the wall, lol.

Some of my neighbors have HARRIS 2024 signs on their lawn. SMH (oh to be a fly on their wall when the SHTF)lol

In this new rule they now require you to exclusively sign with an agent just to be shown a house. We've been looking at homes for 2 years now and I haven't found 1 agent that's worth signing with. These agents are lazy, they expect you to do their work. I used to work for an old school agent who actually worked hard at finding a home for his clients. Where I live now, that type of agent doesn't exist. I refuse to be held hostage to just view a home, by all these bad agents. Do a better job people!!!

I have a few health issues so I figured I'd try them. After about a month I had to stop them. I was having bloody noses every day. I've heard that they don't work for everyone, so I figured I'm one in that category. They do boost good results, it just wasn't for me.
