Trust realm and Vice-Admiralty commercial law expert Todd Duell, a multiple time guest on the QNewsPatriot podcast, was recently apprehended inside of his home by Hawaii police with no warrant, charge, or accusation given. The police department literally invaded the home, and arrested him in his bedroom, and took him to the station where he was booked like a common criminal.

When he began asking those pesky, detail-focused accountability questions, like what the nature of the accusations were and who the accuser(s) was, the arresting officers told him, “Federal law doesn’t apply to us”.

He is now suing the department for aggravated identity theft, securities fraud, embezzlement, and bona fide 4th Amendment violations under color of law.
