I have been doing intermittent fasting for about a year and a half now. It has become a lifestyle and I eat and feel better. I went from a size 16 to now a size 6. Once I added in a lower carb lifestyle with it - the weight dropped fast!

I have the Yuka app. A man in Walgreens was scanning energy drinks and showed it to me after I inquired. He was told about it through the Cancer Treatment Center.

I scan everything now. ha. I think I got rid of almost everything in my bathroom and started fresh. It's amazing to me that they are allowed to put hazardous stuff in all these products.

I acquired a seizure disorder in 1983 when I was 12. I was perfectly healthy and received my 6th grade vaccinations before entering school that year That first day of 6th grade I had a grand mal seizure and have been on medication since. I am now 52. The doctor said it was puberty and that he saw a lot of kids having seizures around 12 yet vaccinations were never mentioned as a reason.

I swear by Castor Oil. I mix it with Frankincense and dab it on my face before bed. I also wear a castor oil pack at night and it has also been a savior for my knee pain. I recently bought a castor pack that fits my knee and it is literally the only thing that works to take away pain since I dislocated it last year.
