Pretty much everything we knew about Russia while growing up was told to us by the same people who overthrew the Russian govt. and turned Russia into a totalitarian state. I bought a bottle of "Trace Mineral Drops" at a local health food store. Serving size for that particular brand is 1/2 tsp. It is an 8 fluid oz. bottle and says it is a 96 day supply. You can either calculate how much to put into the water carafe or you can just take a dose evey day individually. I just put a dose in each batch of water since we drink 2 batches a day. Not a very accurate method but should be ok IMHO. Your health food store personnel will be happy to guide you.

We bought a distiller about 6 months ago and are happy with it. It is surprising how much sludge is in the bottom of the boiler after each batch. I started adding trace minerals to the distilled water a few weeks ago.
