i love making and using ghee, rich flavor. I dont like cooking with coconut oil because its flavor overwhelms the dish. Coconut oil actually has a multitude of benefits, including providing energy for the brain. I like to drink bullet proof coffee in the mornings, the coconut oil tastes good in it and staves off hunger effectively for me.

Its pretty hard being alone in your thoughts amongst people you love. A good reminder for me to keep moving is imagining the magnitude of pain and suffering Jesus endured, and also the arrows our President Trump takes daily, and somehow it strengthens my resolve. Praying for you, for all of us. Truth and Justice will prevail. I cant lie or pretend, I want the naysayers to feel a little pain...just a fringe of what we've gone through in this journey.
