Perhaps we will learn the decisions on Monday on whether the writs of certiorari will be granted. If so, the cases can proceed.

A grant of certiorari requires that a minimum of 4 Justices vote in favor of granting the review.

When pipes freeze open the tub tap because when they thaw it'll blast into the tub not the walls etc. Running a tap at a trinkle will prevent sitting water in pipes also not to freeze too. We do it with temps -25 and colder here in Canada. Praying for Everyone caught off guard.
