I agree. They wanted your drivers liscense number or a passport in order to use the DM feature. Then the 70TB data leak after January 6th, odd timing. Personal opinion, it was a quick way to gather lots of private information on people with conservative views and round them up in an echo chamber away from the real fight, all the while knowing their servers were not safe.
