Look at my post beneath this one. Would you have said the same in the week following any of DJT's EO's between signature date and posted date?
Worth tracking, but nothing anyone is seeing on the Federal Register site right now is abnormal, it's still within the normal lag time between signature and posting.
Time will tell.
