“Congress subsidizes Coca Cola to the tune of about $10,000,000,000 of taxpayer money every single year — We have this scam, otherwise known as the farm bill, which really should be known as the food stamp and big corporation bill passed by congress.
The last one that we passed, the total amount was $428,000,000,000 with a b dollars and $328 billion of that $428 billion went directly to food stamp recipients to SNAP.
— The government loads $328 billion of your tax care money on the EBT cards for SNAP recipients, and they go into the stores and they buy Coca Cola products, Frito Lay products, Pepsi products.
This $10,000,000,000 is just to Coca Cola every year. Coca Cola gets between 5-20% of their annual revenue from the taxpayer dime. Ding ding ding. That right there is government waste.
