THE BIGGEST RELIEF IS FROM A POULTICE I CONCOCTED OF GRATED POTATOES AND CASTOR OIL ,,,PUT IN A LITTLE DMSO AND FRANKINSENSE ,, IT dissolved bruises that were almost black and I finally have some movement ,,, Ill be dancing soon ,, BIG LOVE and WWG1WGA
