I lived in the Oakleaf area and am very familiar with how It Is today as I still shop over there on occasion. It is heavily black thanks to Obama era policies that required hud housing built in all new housing developments no matter how high end. So they are intermingles with the housing and crime there has skyrocketed. He didn’t have to travel as far as he did if he just wanted to shoot black people.

So sorry! I lost my soulmutt in November. I wish I could tell you it gets easier. I will say though, think about things you want to remember and memorialize her. I didn’t have time to think of those things. Hair in a locket, paw print or embed in plaster, things like that.
The first time I vacuumed and saw her hair on the floor, I just wanted to collect it and put her back together.
Prayers for you my friend! Love her deeply as long as you can. I pray they are waiting for us at the pearly gates or in the clouds! Hoping we get to spend eternity with them.

It’s a new feature turned on by default to automatically update your phone. You can turn it off …go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates, then make sure "Security Responses & System Files" is turned off

Yes she is currently safe, thank you. They are back in the house, water is still about 5 ft above normal but much lower than it wa and they are warning next week more rain and snow melt could do it all over again but worse since the reservoirs are now all full. She lives in Sedona Arizona on Oak Creek.

Update 4/16/23 12:30 eastern: she just got to the house and while the water did get over the deck it didn’t enter the house or take the deck off. Praise god! The water level has started to go down so they are most likely out of the woods.
