I broke my ankle pretty bad some 15-20yrs ago. Still have plates and screws in the bone. Last couple yrs and particularly the last 4 or 5 months I’ve had some pretty bad and almost de habilitating pain at times. (Arthritis) Started doing topical castor oil treatments nightly for the last month and I gotta tell ya, I am impressed, and a believer.

I just want to take a moment and recognize this sweet fella that lives across the street from my parents. He checks on them every day and has grown to love and care for them deeply. He rides with Dad to the store, helps him shop, and brings the groceries in.. he cuts the grass and whatever they may need. Not many 15 yr olds would take the time to care for and be there for elderly neighbors.
When he saw Mom today he busted out crying and just held her tight.. what a blessing and just wanted to pass on something heartwarming instead of the sad news we see and hear every day❤️

Please don't let us continue to watch more and more loved ones be left to spend their last days in places that are so neglected. I got my conduct orders thursday evening for my daughter & son in laws visit begining today. For the duration of the visit I am not to talk about anything of importance. Not health, politics, relegion, economy, silver or gold, Bitcoin/Etherium, or ISO20022 or the Bank of Japan fixing to sell of US It only depresses the hell out of me to be muzzled. Pray I rise above the 3D morass I am forced to live in for 5 to 7 days. Don’t even get info from her on ETA’s or length of visit anymore.

Really gonna be living on Anon Mountain Island in my head. Maybe working on the coffee plantation.

back on feb 13 of 2020 just when scamdemic hit i started my sobriety journey and at the same time when down the rabbithole wow what a way to get sober. and Its been a wild ride got kicked off twitter in Jan of 21 and been here since AU has the best people and the best vibes! It feels like we have finally crossed the starting line.

i still wonder what the whole plan is for setting the right people up with the tools (capital, opportunities, assets) to help rebuild. Many getting financially bled dry in the last year +, and we hope good people (common folk, not just billionaires) will be in positions of influence within their communities (not just by winning hearts and minds, but financially able to fund projects and public works).

I know we all have our ideas (XRP, metals, property, art/jewelery/rare pieces) but in a liquidity pinch and reversion of currency system, my tiny little mind can't quite piece together the timeline or immediacy/gentleness of the transition.

Something's gotta budge, and when one domino falls, the whole damn thing comes down with it.... (nothing moves until something moves).

As VK once said - so many focused on the pain phase, something has to come after. I'm already numb to the justice to come, I see it just as a checkbox I want to get past. We've got a world to rebuild.

Had to switch hotels with mom again yesterday because there's no more availability where we were at, have been hoping back and forth, packing/unpacking, living out of a suitcase for a long time now and can't believe it's almost Christmas. This is week 4 and dad's 5th surgery is tomorrow at 8am. He is still hanging in there and I remain positive and hopeful. So happy to make it for 11:11 this morning too, had been a while! Was nice to take a moment before heading back to the hospital to watch the sunrise, 8:11 in L.A. Opened the window for some fresh air, set up my mini $3 tree I picked up while on a supply run at the grocery store for mom, and put on some happy tunes and enjoyed a cup of coffee. Trying to make the best of things.
