Saw this and have been doing the pinch Borax and lemon in my water ever since. I did NOT and will NOT get any of the poison jabs, but your alkaline level is so very important to monitor anyway...I feel amazing, i've even lost about 10 lbs. I have no doubt my acidic levels are much much lower and I am on my way to a more alkaline level which is much healthier. Cleansing from within.๐๐ช
