When my minor child came home to me on January 6, 2025 with physical abuse marks, I immediately sought remedy through the Courts.

I was forced to have multiple CPS inspections before the Court would hear oral arguments about the alleged abuse, along with household dynamics at the child’s primary residence (mine).

The very first question I was asked by the CPS investigator, which was entirely unrelated and not even in the same universe as the allegations that dispatched them, was whether or not I follow public health guidelines.

Two more inspections in 6 months occurred. On the last one, I audio-recorded the investigator attempting to lead my child into claiming there was also abuse happening in our home, despite no such concern ever having existed from Day 1, and no allegations of such from anyone.
