Hi. It takes a bit of time to get use to the ear phones while sleeping. sometimes they would disconnect or just break. I have been listening to frequencies and affirmations for over 3 years now but not on line it would flatten the battery. There are many apps to choose from in the app store. also make sure your ear phones have volume control at the lowest setting while you sleep.

omg.I have the same issue with my first born thats coming up to 25years. Give him time and space. they dont like their reality being crushed. sometimes its all they have but they dont understand life is so much more. Hold your head up high.
