🙏🙏PRAYER REQUEST please! My brothers fiancé was scheduled for life-saving surgery on the 28th. Pre-testing revealed cardiac and pulmonary issues. Her son is disabled she’s only 46. Please pray please pray for this For this beautiful Spiritual woman. She talks to her doctors again today. Thank you. I’ll keep you posted.🙏🙏🙏🙏.

When you're on a flight and they're going over all the safety instructions one of the typical phrases you'll hear is, "In case of an emergency, put your oxygen mask on first before assisting others." 🛩
Most of you will immediately understand the metaphor connected and where I'm going with this however I'd like to include it on the chance this can potentially be a learning/teaching moment, for somone else who may need to read this today and take in the lesson or perhaps share it with somone in their social circle it could help...
So! Why are we told to put our oxygen mask on first? Because we can’t help others breath if we’re gasping for air ourselves! If you're trying to help others without catching your breath first, you'll pass out and become somone who needs help instead of somone who can help. The same holds parallel to life! Many have lost their altitude, they’re gasping for fulfillment and we can only help them if we put our oxygen mask on first. 🤍

Always remember that
in some way or another,
you're somebody's angel
even if you don't know it.
They love you and think of you
even if you don't hear it everyday.
Trust that there is love all around you
even if you cannot feel it.

In this scripture Paul is telling us to abandon chasing after pleasure, possessions, and status; to stop living like everyone else. Instead, he urges us to be transformed from the inside out. Specifically, that we must be changed in how we think, to have our minds renewed so that we can begin to understand God's will for our lives. God may indeed continue to provide us with pleasure, possessions, and status in various forms, but he urges us to learn how to look at our life with a new question: What does God want for me? What is truly a good, acceptable, and perfect use of my life for His purposes and not just for my own? 🤍

If anyone sees this and has a moment to pray, pray for her, ask God to send his ministering angels down around her and put a hedge of protection around her and everyone involved in her situation. Give them comfort. 🕊

Home safe from the farmer's market adventure for today! 😄 I was just thinking that maybe some of you might think it's a bit weird that I share pictures of what I bring back...and yes, maybe it is, LOL, but I do it because prior to finding this place I paid MORE for far less, very unhappy, dead fruits and veggies at a grocery store chain like most people. I pay less now for a great deal more at the farmer's market and I feel spoiled rotten on the GOOD stuff. I don't really have anyone here to get excited with me about my healthy food discoveries, so I celebrate all my little wins here with my AU fam! I love you guys! 😊🤍

That was just wonderful.. I have been online too dang much here lately. It is probably because of that damn poisonous creek water that I can't get well and I have no attention span to watch anything on hulu or netflix. My mind wonders 24/7. Im telling you if I could get my mind and body to synchronize, I would be dangerous but as always I would use it for the good.
