I did a search for "First Arrest" on the Q site and this is a screenshot of all that popped up. I believe it was a decoder that said the "first arrest" will shock the world".

1. she's a household image in every part of the world.There's no part of the world that does not know nor have been influenced by Lizy.
2. Royalty this high up has never been arrested, especially a woman, a grandmother/great grandmother.
3. She still reigns over commonwealth countries, her representatives are in the commonwealth, she's revered in those countries. The commoner would be devasted to know their queen has done evil.
