So no, this isn’t a surge. It isn’t racing toward records.

Medium. Not severe. Not unprecedented. Not catastrophic. Yet somehow the messaging sounds like the sky is falling. This is what we’re being told to panic about: the extremely dangerous high side of low.

Do what you have to do to get those stops and starts, those inconsistencies out of your life. Get consistent, and you'll have the momentum you need for your breakthrough and your big jump!
