I've said this for years, if it's too good to be true, it usually is. There are always side effects for taking the easy way fast/shortcut to your body's health. Put in the effort and do it right. It's all about the long game. Where do you want to be in 20, 30 years and what do you want your quality of life to be? I can pretty much guarantee ozempic or (put in the latest yearly fad here) is certainly not going to contribute to long term sustainable weight loss and overall bodily health.
