​Family,
​We made it.
​Look back at what we’ve walked through. They threw everything at us this year. They tried to break our spirit with fear. They tried to silence us with censorship. They tried to crush our heroes—like Tina—with unjust laws. They wanted us to feel isolated, crazy, and defeated.
​But we are still here.
​We are entering this New Year not as victims, but as survivors. The fog is lifting. You can feel it. The lies that held the world together are snapping like old rubber bands. People are waking up—not because the TV told them to, but because they can feel the truth in their bones.
​This community—this AU family—has been a lifeboat. When the world went mad, we held onto sanity. When the churches went silent, we prayed louder. When the courts failed, we appealed to the Supreme Judge of the Universe.

​For 2026, my prayer for you is simple:
​Stop "thinking" so much and start being.

A son after the death of his Father.. puts his mother in a nursing home, and goes to visit her occasionally.. One day he receives a call from the nursing home, telling him that his mother was dying.. Arriving there, he asked his mother.. what do you want me to do for you, mom? Sadly, the Mother replied... Sow love..
I want you to put fans in the nursing home, because there are none and the heat is unbearable,
I want you to also buy refrigerators, so that the food won't spoil.
Many nights I went to bed without having eaten anything.
The surprised son replied:
But now you're asking me these things while you're dying?? Why didn't you ever tell me this before?
The mother replied sadly: I've gotten used to living with hunger and heat, but my fear is that you won't be able to get used to it when your children no longer take care of you and send you here when you're old!

By designating Christmas Eve and December 26 as Temporary Federal Holidays, the Federal Government is shut down for 5 days.
I don't want to read into something that isn't there, but that could be the few days of "DOWN TIME" you're talking about.

This is my first holiday season without my Mama. We lived together since 1994 and I was her live in caregiver for the last ten years of her life. Mama lived to be 100 years and 17 days old. The angels took her to heaven in August 2024. We were best friends. There is a huge vacuum in my life. However, my dog Maggie Mae and I are surviving. I pray each day inviting the Holy Spirit to guide me in all that I say, think and do. God lifts me up each day and opens up opportunities for me. My daily prayer is in the song "I Then Shall Live" written by Bill and Gloria Gaither. I pray that you find peace throughout this period and that your solitude will include a close relationship with a loving God.
