The ancient Slavs had such a custom. When a woman found out that she was expecting a child, she planted a tree. When the child was born, the placenta was buried in the ground under the tree to the roots of the tree.
Such a tree then produced healing fruits for the born child. They were simply connected.
In our family, this tradition has been carried out for generations. When great-grandfather died, the larch withered. When great-uncle died, the rowan withered. When grandmother died, the chestnut withered. When grandfather died, the walnut withered. All these trees were planted at their birth.
It is high time for humanity to realize how everything in nature is permeated with love not only on the physical plane, but mainly on the spiritual planes and in the Universe.
