I have a confession to make…I did NOT eat any turkey or ham on Thanksgiving or Christmas. A ‘gluttonous feast’ had no appeal for me. I did however, turn the last of the turkey into one of my favorite chilies…Turkey White Bean chili with white kidney beans, onions, red jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, Pepper Jack & lime. IMO, the best purpose for a turkey.

Someday soon Anons, we will be able to sit down & say Grace over a table of food surrounded by frens.
