I had been able to hold off the IBD this time until the 2nd surgery for a piece of broken tooth root my surgeon missed. The second round of antibiotics nuked my gut, no doubt. All downhill after that. I have been popping pre & probiotics for over 6 months it feels like.

The inflammation just got ahead of me. I should have begun the Pepto type treatment 2 years ago along with heavy probiotic regimen.

Lesson learned.

I do a monthly fenben cleanse. And just did a whole month herbal cleanse 3 or 4 months back. I should be clean…🤷‍♀️
