I broke my fast with a cup of coffees w/ half & half. Had a regular bathroom visit after that. Then I ate a cup of Greek yogurt & before I could get the last bite I had a terrible need to go potty a second time. 🥺
Your bowls should NOT behave like your bladder. Mostly water & now I have mild pain about 6 inches up my colon, kinda like a toothache in your ass almost.

My friend urges me to go to the ER, she is concerned about sepsis & perforation of the bowl with the type pain I had.

Don’t plan on eating anything else today if I can go without food. Fasting & diarrhea are not a good combo to keep your strength up though. And I have animals to care for that my husband will not.

Had some serious conversation with my husband yesterday & stress doesn’t help IBD.

I did get an appointment with a Gastroenterologist for Jan 13th. Please pray I can manage well until then. But if I have real pain again I’ll go to the ER.

This should be mandatory in all roads. Two lane roads could have concrete walkways underneath them or widen a bridge & existing drainage to allow ground for animals moving.

I’m going to do a water fast today to avoid pain. I am praying it won’t make me too weak, as my marginal diet of yogurt & chicken of late hasn’t too much, even though another lb came off…down to 159. I hadn’t seen the 160’s or the 150’s in over 40 years. I am going to try to have the courage to make a gastroenterologist appointment this week & keep it. Praying the peace of God fills me even more since food gives me no peace. 🙏
