In my 50's and want to start a career. I don't even know where to begin. I would have to make enough to support myself and my son. I love homeopathic medicine and I enjoy math. I can't spend years in school because I would need an income stat. Any career ideas in this crazy world that we live in?

Fellow Patriots: I could use your prayers. I had cataract surgery on Wednesday, but there were complications. My lens was stuck to the capsule in my eye, and it took some work on the surgeon's part to get them apart without breaking the capsule. He managed to do it, but my eye bled for awhile afterwards. He told me in 40 years he has never had a case like mine. Now the pressure in my eye is high, and he said yesterday we HAVE to get it down. I only see a dense fog and a ton of floaters in my eye. I go back on Monday to check the pressure in it to see if it is coming down. I need your prayers that I regain my vision. I know God has this.

Could really use some prayers right now. My daughter and her fiance have two kids and live in his parents garage. We keep offering her help and housing in Tennessee but her fiance doesn’t want to leave California. Now she found out she is pregnant with#3 and is trying to decide if she will continue with the pregnancy. This breaks my heart as we are willing to help. Please pray that she will make the right decision and keep this blessing. Sometimes I really wish money wasnt a factor.

Good afternoon Patriots. I still cannot read comments so I am going to step away for a week and go enjoy some time with my sons in Florida. My oldest son is on vacation with my ex, so my youngest and I are going to do a mini vacay at Universal Orlando. Much needed time to see him and spend some time with my youngest. It’s with a heart too heavy to bear that we at Dirt Road Discussions must let everyone know that the tenacious, compassionate and one-of-a-kind Danny we’ve come to know and love so much was summoned by God to move his faithful services to Heaven. Danny passed away unexpectedly this past Friday, March 3rd.

We understand that this is going to raise questions for those who were following him.
