I had not even went to nursing school in 87. I got my license in 1996, but after several different facilities I had to admit it was the entire system, not just certain doctors.

Not blind, but sorely undereducated. Doctors are not required to take nutrition, and are not even taught how vaccines are made, but nurses are. Doctors were bound to be exposed, but most of the nurses I ever worked with, not all mind you, but most couldn't care less.

I think I will just wait for the Holy Spirit to come full on this earth and let my body heal itself.

I was a nurse for 20 years and gave up my hard earned license when I finally had to admit to myself that modern medicine is a lie. I tend to my own, and my family's health now, but do get bloodwork once a year because of bouts of anemia that spring up now and again from previous surgeries that were screwed up, like my right knee replacement.

Probably. I monitor my bloodwork and have a chest xray if necessary, but try to stay homeopathic for the most part. Cook at home, can our homegrown veggies, and I still have a couple of labs that were abnormal, but I am still working on it. Keep a check on your labs and supplement only if necessary is my motto.

I suspect the recommended daily allowance of vitamins is way too low for optimal health. Water soluble vitamins can be taken in megadoses because the body eliminates what is not needed. But, be careful with the fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K because they can build up to dangerous levels in the body.
Better sources of vitamins and minerals can be obtained through proper diet. Research for yourself before increasing your vitamin, or food item intakes.

Shake a few times before use and put one drop in affected (or both eyes to protect even without cataracts) eye. I also added a few drops of organic olive oil.
